Hi, It sounds like there may be some confusion between the GitHub Pro subscription, Copilot plans, and the pay-as-you-go usage limits. The $10 GitHub Pro plan mainly provides features related to your GitHub account (like advanced profile features, higher Codespaces limits, etc.). It does not automatically include unlimited Copilot agent usage. Copilot features in VS Code usually require a GitHub Copilot subscription, which is a separate product. If your free trial started and then stopped, it likely means the trial period ended or the feature you were using has usage limits (especially for newer Copilot agent or chat features). In some cases, pay-as-you-go usage can also stop temporarily if: You reached a usage limit or quota Billing was not fully activated The feature is still in preview with capped usage To keep using Copilot without interruptions, you should: Verify that you have an active GitHub Copilot subscription (not just GitHub Pro). Check your billing and usage limits in GitHub → Settings → Billing. Make sure Copilot is enabled for your account and connected to VS Code. If you want uninterrupted usage, ensure your billing method is active and limits are not reached. If everything looks correct but it still stops, it’s best to contact GitHub Support, since they can check your account’s Copilot usage and billing status directly. I hope this helps, and good luck with your project! |

Thank you for your message. As I see my account settings are just like you
described. I really don't understand why it doesn't work.
Anyway, is there an email address that you can provide, one that is real
and I can actually get a response from GitHUb SUpport?
Thanks

Hello
I have difficulties understanding your plans, I subscribed for pro for using copilot agents in vscode. It started the free trial, then it stopped. I really can't understand how the $10 pro plan works!
Then somehow I got to the pay per use account and this one also stopped!
Please, I need to understand how can I use this feature constantly, without interrupting my project. I agree with the pay per use also, but why does it stop?
It is kind of urgent, I have to deliver this project and I would appreciate an answear.
