Updates the documentation build workflow to use the released DocFX version rather than installing a nightly build, simplifying and stabilizing the build process for this repo’s GitHub Pages docs pipeline.
Changes:
- Replaces the custom “download latest nightly from GitHub Packages” script with a pinned DocFX global tool install.
- Pins DocFX to version
