Outdated list of maintainers?

On docker-library/official-images#21156 it lists:

and on https://github.com/docker-library/official-images/blob/master/library/node it shows:

Maintainers: The Node.js Docker Team https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node (@nodejs)

That list of users includes @Starefossen who was dropped in PR #2383

Perhaps one of the current maintainers could check? I don't have read access to teams etc.

There are currently 10 members in the @nodejs/docker team (including myself). Going forward that team should get notifications when we mention them which is preferable to tagging a group of individuals.

I would propose that @MikeMcC399 be added to that group as he has been very active in this repository in recent months in terms of trying to push things forward. @nschonni @SimenB are either of you (listed as maintainers of the group) able to add him (assuming no-one else in the team objects).

I will also note that there are lists of maintainers on https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node/blob/main/README.md#governance-and-current-members and https://github.com/nodejs/docker-node/blob/main/GOVERNANCE.md#maintainers and perhaps we should standardise on only having that information in one of those two locations. Personally I'd edge slightly towards the README.md for consistency with where the members list is in the main node repository.

I'm fine with adding to the team, but I think he needs to be invited to the org first before being added to the team. I think that needs to go through nodejs/admin.

For the lists, it would probably make sense to use the tools in https://github.com/nodejs/node-core-utils to sync based on the Team membership, but I've never found a good way to automate that process (but haven't looked in awhile)

The list that is used in the comment on PRs to docker-library/official-images is here and I think it needs to be there if you want to be notified of merge or any review we might have since you can't use the @nodejs/docker group outside of the nodejs org. It does need to be updated (and perhaps auto updated based on membership).
