Summary

Colorize the different families of OpenAI models to better distinguish them.
Inspired by the official colors on the open ai model's page

Paired with PR langgenius/dify-official-plugins#1005 partially closes my own improvement suggestion: #19606

I've noticed that I have erroneously called the color "Teal" -> "Tale" should I create another PR to fix the typo?

@DavideDelbianco Hello, can you provide the svg of the icons OpenaiTeal & OpenaiYellow?
When we regenerate the icons from the json, these two will be removed.
