Feature request: Post comment PR when it has been released

Currently I don't feel as though there is enough visibility to when a PR actually gets released to prod since there is an indefinite period of time from when the PR gets merged to when it goes out. It would be great if dennis could post a comment on the PR when a release happens.

Sounds like a great idea - we should also think about how we can tag pull requests in jira / trello so that we can update those as well (longer term project)

So thinking through this a bit more: I'm not sure there is an easy way of determining (at release time) what pull requests are actually in the release bundle. This could be extracted from the CHANGELOG but that might be messy. Or it could be extracted by parsing the merge commits in the PR? Any ideas @yannispanousis ?

Or dennis keeps some local state around to track this.

@jkimbo dennis would have to iterate through the commits starting from the release one and going back to the previous tag commit, and determine which commits are final PR commits. I'm not exactly sure of the Github artifact to be used to make the connection between the commit and the PR but pretty sure it will be possible.

I think we'd be able to do some git(hub) magic to iterate over all the merged PRs without a released tag and determine whether they are strictly behind the current release branch.
