🌌 Hotfix Release: Core Fixes & UI Refinements

• Fixed OpenAI provider connectivity: messages now send and receive correctly without interruptions or formatting drops.
• Resolved Jinja templating bug: the system block now generates exactly once, ensuring proper user → assistant role alternation in the context window.
• Fixed torchcodec error blocking local model downloads from Hugging Face Hub (via hf_transfer).

Desktop Companion & Live2D Enhancements

• Eliminated model jitter when dragging avatars in Desktop Companion mode.
• Optimized head-tracking logic: avatars now smoothly follow your cursor with natural, fluid motion.
• Removed excessive console logging for Live2D emotion states to reduce background overhead.
• Added a resizable avatar panel in the chat interface for flexible screen layout management.

System & Stability

• Resolved compatibility conflict between voice engines (including RVC) and mismatched FFmpeg versions.
• Fixed application crash triggered by improper cleanup of the "Character typing..." animation widgets.
