Was `create_pull_request_with_copilot` tool removed remove GitHub MCP server?

I noticed create_pull_request_with_copilot is no longer available in the remote GitHub MCP server. Was it removed?

My mcp.json for VSCode:

I saw #1182. Do we need to set X-MCP-Toolsets to enable create_pull_request_with_copilot?

Adding the following worked:

  "headers": {
    "X-MCP-Toolsets": "copilot"
  }

maybe this should be documented?

Thanks for opening this @harupy. I opened up #1227 to document this properly, it must have been missed when the documentation was updated for the tool originally.
