I subscribed to Copilot Pro on my GitHub account, which I've used for several years. I don't believe I violated any terms, but my account, along with my GitHub account that I've used for years, has been suspended. Now I can only create tickets using this alternate account. Can anyone help me with this? #192097

Your account suspension most likely has nothing to do with violating any terms. GitHub's fraud detection sometimes flags accounts when a new paid subscription like Copilot Pro is added, especially if there wasn't billing activity on the account before. |

This is frustrating but unfortunately you cannot fix it yourself, only github staff can review it. firstly be calm and patient it will take time to resolve.

Unfortunately, account suspensions and Copilot-related account flags cannot be resolved by the community. You will need to contact GitHub Support directly at https://support.github.com/ Please include: 1: Your GitHub username Also, avoid creating multiple alternate accounts, as it may slow down the review process. Only GitHub Support can investigate and restore access. |
