I want to know why my other account was banned. The banned account is linked to my Copilot Pro bill. If I can't unban it, how can I cancel my subscription?

No, submitting a work order is useless! I submitted a work order every day on April 7th, 8th, and 9th, but not only did I receive no response, I couldn't even find any record of my work order submissions on the history page!
