Hi @Dennebog The community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. We appreciate your understanding! In the future, please only open 1 ticket per incident. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. Thank you! |

Introduce yourself
Briefly describe your billing or payment issue.
I have earlier submitted a ticket concerning this, but I not have received ticket confirmation; - I am writing to you again in the hope that you will urgently resolve this issue. When I decided to try a trial subscription, it said that a temporary fee would be charged, which would momentarily returned, and that this was only to verify that it was a legitimate bank account. A small amount was charged equivalent to 10 USD. I am a poor student and the fact that this momentary hold on this small amount has now lasted 5 days is affecting what I can eat here at the end of the month. I am flappergasted by the dismissive (ie. no) response I have been met with until now. Your documentation says I should check with my bank (pursuant to the someone else's problem doctrine; I have done this and they have informed me that the only hold on this amount comes from Github). Please resolve this issue, as it is - no matter how trivial it may seem to your organisation - having real life consequences for me. I am writing here in this forum mainly out of desperation, in the hope that you will address the issue.
