I am unable to access GitHub Copilot on VS Code and Github. When I sign in and try to enable AI features, I receive a "user is spammy" error. When I attempt to sign up for GitHub Copilot Free , I get the message "Unable to sign up for GitHub Copilot Free." I am on the student developer pack and was able to use it before. Can someone help me.
