Can someone from GitHub explain, why there is a full clone or proxied version of GitHub, including all repos accessible using the above URL? Is this official? If not, you should try to stop it.

It's accessible using "https://gh.apt.cn.eu.org/".

Currently I expect it will be used to steal passwords very soon. I will also open a ticket for that:

It was not very easy to create a ticket reporting a GitHub security issue, so I needed to report a general bug. Ticket number is #4132533.
