I tried to log in using my MacBook Pro laptop on Google Chrome, and, understandably the system asked me to verify the login; it sent a message to my mobile device, but I never received the message on my mobile device. I tried several times, with no success I don’t even know exactly where to look in the mobile device app for the device verification request, but I searched every possible thing I could think of and I don’t see anything in the app related to this at all.
